Any idea how I would try to do this? The concept appeals to me.

I get this every often when I've had an excellent nights sleep and wake up very, very slowly.

You sort of know you're dreaming, and also know you're awake. I think its a pretty hard state of mind to come across if you are looking for it. It's far more natural than anything imo.

just think to yourself you're still sleeping and think away

Lucid dreaming is where you are in control of your dreams. No idea how to do it.

Google it, well thats too unspecific. I don't know off the top of my head but some people believe eating certain things before bed, or havign someone talk to you to awaken your min etc can kickstart lucid dreaming.

As a rule it's impossible to go to sleep and lucid dream just like that or we'd all be so refreshed dreaming excatly what we want to do >: D.

so yeah see if online there are suggested ways to make lucid dreaming more likely.
