where do I begin ive been computerless for a week as my pc ceased to work, well it did work but it took the mouse pointer 5 seconds to move each time and 2 minutes to copy and paste stuff etc, so I salvaged all my files and pics to my external hard drive then reformatted just now. So my pc works great now but this is where im confused now. After installing XP Pro then I installed my broadband setup disc then I put latest nvidia drivers on and then after that I installed the drivers and all was ok. I then put on my XP Servicepack2 disc to install that and it went fine and straight after that I installed firefox backed up on my external drive then I coudn't get back onto the internet, It kept saying something about firewall settings and it blocked me browsing web and it even blocked MSN and everything I even turned the firewall off and ive never had this prob before, so In annoyance ive done a system restore and only installed broadband. Does anyone have a clue what I do next? do I put SP2 back on?? I really like Firefox but was it firefoxs fault of this mess?
