Ive got my 2nd attempt at the Driving test, I really shudda passed the first, but some learner decided that he/she would go the other way at the last minute, really the instructer shudda realized that tests would be starting and shouldnt have taken him/her down to the test centre, but ohwel, no use crying over spilt milk, everything else I did was fine, I only had 7 Minors.


But I thought i'd start this thread and if others are taking there tests they can discuss it here for moral support etc, and those that have passed can help out with encouragement and maybe tips.

The only advice I can really give is set your mirror slightly wonky, so it makes it obvious when you're using it.

Nah I should pass as long as all other drivers are sensible lol, 9th June here we come!

thats quite impressive, I can drive on duel carrigeways but never on a motorway, how fast do you drive on them? i find changing lanes to overtake slow stuff to the right lane on duel quite scary but managable, you will do your pass plus test now?

No, im not doing pass plus, and i came back up motorway today, over took like 3 lorries/vans not scary at all fun if anything XD

i failed a practise test today

everyone fails practise test so dont worry i failed two of mine and then passed the third XD but i only did more than one cus he kept on forgetting what i needed to improve on

lol u must have driven round practise courses and stuff lol.

i managed to mess up reversing round corner lol, didnt look properly xD ended up in middle of road!!!!

oh and on emergency stop i slowed down normally, arguing there is in fact no small child in the road!!!

ROFL but its a manuvre the examiner isnt go to say
" there is a child in road ahead id like you to speed up and when i say stop i want you to stop without hitting the child"

yeh but he was like STOP! so i stopped normally lol, then after i was like oh? wasnt tht quick enough . if small child came id get it right ^^. its like practising writing an exam without a pen!? lol.

Heh, I didn't actually do practise tests, I did drive the courses, but the instructor never said we were doing it as a practise test, and didn't say pass or fail or anything.
