I've been looking in to renewable energy recently and have been thinking about how cool it would be to power the house with the aid of some solar panels. Expensive, but it pays itself off. I've also found some website where you can opt in to get your energy from windfarms instead of like, an energy plant where they burn coal/oil whatever.

Yeah, America sucks (won't sign into that environment thing).

It would be cool to have your entire house powered by fully renewable energy. No electricity bills and stuff, and you're saving the environment, only problem is it's expensive and unreliable. You would need large batteries to store energy, but AFAIK, they can only store DC energy and most electrical stuff needs AC, and IIRC, it's hard to change DC to AC and so on. Would be cool though.

Actualy Solar panels are not the way to go. They only save you enough money to replace them after about ten years. Therefore they barely paty ofr themselves.

Yes, maybe, but they do save the environment, and who cares if it's costing you the same, when it's doing something good.

Or, then again you could just carry on using things that damage the environment.

And solar pannels are too big to be of any real use (power the ENTIRE country) at our current level of technology.

Not solar panels alone, but there is enough renewable energy on the planet - solar, wing, tidal, geothermal, wave, hydroelectric and much more.

They're too big for our country, but countries such as America, which have large areas of nothing and plenty of sunlight, could easily do that.

ok, everyone listen to me when i say this, this may sound like disney shit, but listen, kk, basically, i heard some rumors wot happened today, SB, and speicies, uve been pissed off recently, ok, so everyones goin through some rough times, GCSE's, tension buildin, u think ur gonna fail, every thing is in one big rush, no time to think, well take a deep breath and SHUT THE HELL UP!!!! We all have problems, uve gotta just learn to deal wiv em. Things dont get easier, it NEVER will. You may have the odd "up" but thats it. Life, im not religius either, but listen, is a test, i dont no wot for, but its a test, otherwise its pointless, so u shud still try to be happy, while u can. Were all gonna die. Now wot wud u prefer. Pass or fail GCSE's wiv friends or wivout. You lot are the greatest bunch of friends, u all get along great, the friends, who i hang round wiv i prefer, for certain reasons, BUT, we all pick on each other, natural, were children, just kids, we have to, to make us feel cooler, bigger, u lot, when i used to come up to where u r, u never fight. You talk calmly to each other and have a good laugh. The problem wiv ur way, is when the minor thing happens, u cant handle it, but u have to learn to. Trust me ur more likely to fail GCSE's wivout firends, with, u will at least, at VERY least, come close. You have to have the moral support, for example, by now, id fail DT, where as Grim, hes helped, hes done most of my project, thanx, so wivout friends id fail. Ud have a bad life wiv friends u make in the future. Ok, this website may be annoyin occ. but u have to live with each other. Ur never gonna find someone u like better. Even if u find a girl hoo u absoulutely LOVE, ur never gonna have friends hoo like all the things u do. U have to spread out and leave each other eventually, but try and stay together while u still can. Have a good time, try and make more friends, but dont forget who u originally knew. If u still fail GCSE's wiv friends, u always have those friends to support u, so just try and work it out, dont always make everything seem bad, look on the brightside. Cant do somethin, try, until u realise u cant, try a bit harder, then if that doesnt work, try somethin else, but never waste a thing. This childhood is when freindships are made, by the time we get to Uni, it will be harder, Jobs, even harder, when ur married, almost impossible, when ur old, even harder, unless u go to a home. Make sure u keep ur NOW friends!!!
Now if u will excuse me, im bored of u lot always unhappy, when uve got most of wot counts, uve pissed me off, but im gonna look on the brightside, i was bored, and uve occupied me for about 15mins, while waitin for space cadets, and if u read this, and it has an affect, well then ive done somethin else good, so now im happy. You will get unhappy, but, u will stay like that unless u try. It will only get harder for sixth form.
