Hamsters and Gini Pigs don't have the tendency just to run though.

Met yes, held, I don't think so :/

And by my last comment I meant they don't have a tendency just to run straight through pipe things.

You had a metre long fish? Impressive! I take it it was a tropical fish, as it needed warm water? When we have a power cut we cover the tank in tea towels, though I guess that wouldn't be possible with such a big fish.

Dammmm Thats aone big fish... We only have plecs and stuff that get that big...

We had someone bring back some European Rock Shrimp though... They are like a foot long :|

Its pretty good. didnt have to work last weekend coz it was Easter :) Other than that, a wanker has been employed (he used to bully me and he has a criminal record and shit etc etc) so I don't like that much XD

We had a Polysomething or other that got to like 1.5M... And in the case of a power cut, leave the tank well alone. That much water (I assume atleast 5/6ft long for a Fish that large) it will hold temperature for a very long period of time. Other thing you could do is get a generator like we've got at home ;)

Generators cost loads though. lol crazyyyy. Shrimp that are a foot long =O thats mahoosive.

Ignore that prick, you find them everywhere. lol Criminal record, what a goon. He cant work anywhere else and hes pathetic if he just bully's someone younger than him.

Im going to get a red one this year. Same type, just red. Its ment to be a lucky dragon fish. Looks cool, but i will be VERY causous over it. Probs will buy a generator. Btw how mcuh does it cost??

Another thing you could consider is something like a UPS. Basically an inline battery supply in case of powercuts. Critical computers use them a lot, and they can cost around £100. I don't know how long they'd last under fish tank load, though, but I would guess a fair bit as they last a decent time with comps, which I would guess have higher consumption (just a guess).

not really, well depends how you see it, cos wild dogs and wolves can be confused sometimes cz they look so much alike, really i think there just dogs but theve got there own name lol, a fair few people do breed there dogs with wolves, if youve ever seen the film Balto he is a wolf and his pups are half wolf and half dog.
