OK, here goes. I'm the user, and I have a problem with my PC...
Hello IT department, I have submitted a document to print from the network printer beside me but nothing's happening!? And I really need it to (the document that is...)

Be glad it didn't print. You probably need to proof read it multiple times first, so this saves the waster paper and ink.

Try save as. It's probably read only, and even a monkey would try that.
