Well, there was 4 of us in the end.
We ended up playing on a random server.
Met had a Delorien.
It was actually really good, considering the lack of interest it was a fun night, especially the random team-speakyness afterwards

I didn't have United installed and didn't want to go find and download the ~700MB Forever patch.

Yup, <3 my delorean. I also have the BTTF one, but it has loads of holes in it and very shoddy textures. It was fun racing last night though. DHR kind of won almost all of them until this other guy showed up and just kept beating his times.



So DoW2 is awesome eh? But is it as good as the original ones? And what are the differences (other than the fact you apparently can't build bases anymore)?

Yeah, you don't build bases, you just have a headquarters, apart from that it's kind of the same, you build all your units out of your HQ and the maps are WAYYYYY smaller, I find it alot harder though.

DoW2 is completely different. We've been discussing it here.

By annoyingly tiny amounts of time was an OK server we found though... Still cant work out why Si's hosting sesh didnt work though
